Ryan Seacrest invitó a Britney Spears a una de las entrevistas más especiales de su carrera. Se la llevó a la Seacrest Foundation, un centro en el que niños con diferentes enfermedades conviven en las mejores condiciones posibles.

Durante la entrevista, los niños le preguntaron a Britney sobre su carrera, 'Britney Jean' y hasta tips de maquillaje. Según cuentan, la propia Britney pidió visitar a los enfermos que, por razones de salud, no podían bajar al estudio para la entrevista, así que subió y, cuarto a cuarto, fue a saludar y, de paso, regalarles una copia firmada de la BSO de 'Los Pitufos 2'.
